Course Description

In this lesson, you’ll gain a thorough knowledge Lulu Swing, its melody, chords, harmonic structure and how to improvise with arpeggios and with the whole tone scale. You’ll get exercises for mastering arpeggio playing all over the fingerboard while keeping the song’s form. You’ll also learn an etude that will give you examples of how to use the 7#11 chord , the whole tone scale and other fascinating ideas, such as the chromatic scale, one note per string sweeping lick, enclosure, double enclosure, the m7b5 as 7add9 and dim7 as 7b9.

Everything you learn in this lesson significantly deepens your understanding of what you are playing. The better you understand what your are doing, the better you can remember and perform it. This is knowledge that will serve you forever and you will be able to emplament these principles over and over again to make any song truly beautiful.
