Yaakov with his guitar in a stone doorway

You know more than you think.
So why is it still so hard to play?

You practise on your own.

You've watched the videos. Maybe bought a course or two.

You know a lot of pieces of the puzzle.
A chord shape. A lick. Half a melody.

But you don't know how to connect them, so it sounds like the music you love.

And every time you pick up the guitar, the same question:

What do I work on today?

You're not doing anything wrong.
Nobody showed you the order.

Yaakov playing guitar, sitting in a window

That's why I created

The Music Room

The Map

The Map tells you what's next.

Short lessons, in the order I teach them.

No more jumping between courses or wondering what to practise next. Open the Map, follow the steps, and build your playing one piece at a time.

The Music Room Map: an open door and a path through three steps: Your Sound, Real Music, Your Solos

Everything you need, with a clear way through it.

Most of us practise at home, on our own.

Here you're part of a circle of players who love this music.

Keep your motivation. Share your passion. Get encouragement.
It can even help you find local friends to play with.

And you'll grow in confidence along the way.

Questions?

I'm a complete beginner. Is this for me?

The Map starts with the foundations, including your right hand and La Pompe. If you're completely new to the guitar, you may need to learn a few basic chords first. From there, The Map will guide you step by step.

I've played for years. Will it be too basic?

No. The courses go all the way from the basics and up to a professional level: Django's solos note by note, the Gypsy run, advanced techniques and concepts for improvisation and much more.

How much time do I need?

The first two routines take two minutes each. Start there, and add more when you're ready.

I already bought some of your courses.

They stay yours. The Music Room adds the Map and the rest of the shelves, bringing everything together in one place.

Can I download the lessons?

No. Everything is online, so you can learn on your computer, tablet, or phone.

Do I get feedback on my playing?

The Jam is a place to share your playing, learn from other members, and encourage each other.

If you're looking for personal guidance and feedback from me, I also offer one-on-one coaching. We can have a conversation to see if it's a good fit.

When am I charged?

You won't pay anything during your first 7 days. After that, your selected plan begins unless you cancel before the trial ends.

Can I cancel?

Yes. Cancel anytime.

You don't have to figure it all out today.

Start with the first lesson. Take the next step when you're ready.
